MADISON BIZZOTTO

I am a Communications major at the University of Connecticut with hands-on experience in human resources, administrative support, education, and marketing initiatives. I demonstrate strong communication skills, exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute effectively in fast-paced professional environments while supporting team goals and daily operations.

Through my experience as a human resources and administrative intern, I’ve developed the ability to manage multiple priorities, support team growth, and execute projects efficiently. This role also gave me valuable exposure to cross-functional areas of business, including marketing, finance, and quality assurance, broadening my understanding of how organizations operate and grow.

I am very passionate about creating, marketing, and brand building. Known for being organized, detail oriented, and collaborative, I bring commitment, strategic thinking, and a driven mindset to any opportunity. I am focused on creating a meaning impact within a company.

After graduating from UConn in May 2026, with a bachelor's degree in Communications, I hope to gain more experience in these fields and obtain a long-term job at a company. I am eager to apply these skills in marketing, communications, administration, or human resources position and look forward to working.
