While interning in Human Resources, I took on the task of researching and developing a company survey. I explored effective survey strategies and contributed to creating questions that gathered employee feedback on the company’s mission statement, values, and team dynamics, helping to assess engagement and identify opportunities to improve company culture.
Understanding what matters most to a business, such as its values, mission, and employee experience, is essential to supporting and improving organizational success. Through this work, I developed skills in research, communication, organization, and critical thinking while contributing to the creation of a meaningful employee survey.

Event coordination
I also supported event coordination and organization by helping plan, set up, and host employee and intern focused events. One of the main events I was apart of was a Lunch and Learn for the interns in my company and surrounding businesses. I contributed to creating an environment where employees and interns could connect, learn, and grow. This included collaborating with team members to organize logistics, manage timelines, and ensure all details were aligned for a smooth and successful experience.
This experience strengthened my skills in organization, communication, time management, and attention to detail, while also reinforcing my ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional setting.
